At Angelhubmart, we value customer satisfaction and want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the following terms:

  1. Return Window: You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original packaging and tags attached.

  3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as undergarments, swimwear, personal care items, and clearance sale items, are final sale and cannot be returned.

  4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  5. Exchanges: We can exchange items for size or color, subject to availability. If unavailable, a refund will be processed.

  6. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
